As an Alternative Provision we celebrate achievements of the students in a variety of ways including, social interaction, independence skills, improved confidence, and academic achievements. Students are set ambitious targets and supported to achieve their best possible outcomes.
Due to the very small number of students in the school it is necessary to provide generalised data regarding academic achievement to protect the identity of learners and our GDPR responsibilities.
100% of students in Year 11 sat either GCSE exams in maths and English language or Functional Skills exams in maths and English.
100% of students who sat GCSE’s or Functional Skills achieved a grade.
100% of students entered for GCSE’s achieved two GCSE’s.
100% of students who sat Functional Skills exams achieved a pass in both maths and English.
100% of Year 11 students who sat an English language GCSE achieved a grade 3 or higher.
100% of Year 11 students who sat a Maths GCSE achieved a grade 5 or higher.
In addition, Approach Learning has reintegrated students in KS3 back into full time school placements following a half term placement in Approach.
